HOTEL RESERVATIONS & PAYMENTS

How do I change, view or cancel my reservation?

For cancellation of refundable reservations, please inform us at least 48 hours prior to check-in (local time) to avoid any cancellation charges. To change or cancel a reservation for online reservations, please retrieve your reservation here.

Reservations, designated as non-refundable at the time of booking, remain non-refundable regardless of circumstances.

If you have made a reservation with our reservation office directly, please contact our team for all change or cancellation requests.

I need to cancel my reservation. Can I get a refund?

Should your plans change, you can cancel your reservation that is subject to cancellation policies upon your time of booking. Please note that cancellation of a reservation may be subject to a full cancellation charge. For further assistance, please contact us directly.

Room Deposit

A refundable incidental deposit of S$50nett per night (cash / credit card – Visa, Master, Amex) is required upon check-in.

Are government taxes and service change included in the pricing?

Rates are subject to prevailing government taxes and service charge unless otherwise stated. All “”From”” rates are indicative of lowest available rate and rates may fluctuate.

Do I have to pay up-front for my room reservation?

A pre-authorization payment will be applied to your credit or debit card used to guarantee your room reservation. Please present the same credit card used to guarantee your booking during check-in or making payment at our hotel.

Full payment will be charged upon checking-in, except if stated in the terms and conditions of your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement for checking in?

You must be 18 years of age with a valid official identification to check-in.

What are the Hotel’s check-in and check-out timings?

Our standard check-in time is after 2:00pm and check-out time is 12:00pm(Local Time)

Can I request a late check-out or early check-in without additional charges?

Please note that late check-out and early check-in requests are subject to room availability upon arrival.

ROOMS

Can I put in a special request?

All requests are subject to availability. Please be rest assured that we will do our best to accommodate your request, should it be available.

Is smoking allowed in the room?

Our hotel is a non-smoking property thus smoking is strictly not allowed in our hotel rooms. Please approach our Receptionist for directions to the nearest designated smoking areas.

Do you have wheelchair accessible rooms?

Yes, we do have limited wheelchair accessible rooms that are subject to availability. Please contact us directly arrange to make advance arrangements.

Can I request for a baby cot? Will there be any additional charge?

We provide complimentary baby cot for infants aged 2 years old and below in Superior, Deluxe and Triple room categories. Advance request is required and subject to availability.

Does the hotel provide free international adaptor?

Yes, one unit of international adaptor is available in-room.

Does the hotel room come with bathtub?

All rooms come with standing shower.

Does the hotel have connecting rooms?

Yes, connecting room is available in our Superior Twin room category and both rooms come with 2 single beds.

Do you provide rollaway beds?

We do not provide extra rollaway beds in the hotel. If you are a family of 3 or 4 (with children older than toddler age), extra bedding is available in our Triple Rooms and Family Rooms.

What voltage do you use in Singapore?

In Singapore, the power plugs and sockets are of type G. The standard voltage is between 220-240V and the standard frequency is 50 Hz.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We will be happy to keep your luggage at the hotel for free before check-in or after check-out on the same day. Please contact our Reception at the lobby for details and arrangement.

I left something behind at the hotel.

If you’ve left behind a personal item, please email us for assistance.

What time is breakfast served?

Buffet breakfast is served at 700 Cafe (level 2) from 7.00am – 10.00am daily.

Do you provide halal food?

Our restaurant is currently not halal-certified.

Is it safe to drink tap water in Singapore?

Yes, tap water in Singapore is safe for drinking without further filtration of boiling.

Are there vending machines?

Vending machines are available on level 1 for snacks and drinks.

Do you allow dogs or other pets?

We love dogs and pets but unfortunately we do not allow them in the hotel.

Do you provide shuttle service from the airport / to the airport?

Do you provide parking facilities?

Car park is available at the following rates  : Monday to Sunday & Public Holiday 1st half hour entry at $3.50, subsequent 30 mins or part thereof $3.00; all rates are subject to prevailing GST.  Please note our carpark has a maximum clearance height of 4.5 metres and is subject to availability.  In the event of overwhelming demand for carpark space, you are advised to park in the adjacent buildings such as the Golden Mile Complex and Golden Mile Tower.

Where is the nearest MRT / train station?

Hotel Traveltine is located within 5 minutes walking distance from Nicoll Highway (Circle Line – CC 5)
